Meet Quintin Redd, An IDD Client and Team Champion

We are thrilled to spotlight Quintin Redd, our dedicated Assistant Director of the Intellectual and Developmentally Disabled Program at Magdala House. Quintin joined us 14 months ago, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience from his career as a special education teacher. He stands out for his unwavering patience and understanding, providing reassurance and bolstering his team’s confidence.

“Patience and understanding are key when working with people. We are all in a constant state of learning and evolving. I don’t expect my team to know everything.
