Why We’re Hiring: The Growing Need for DSP-CNAs
At Magdala House, we’ve been serving the IDD community for over 30 years, providing safe and supportive housing to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). In 2022, we expanded our mission by launching our Adult Day Care Program, which provides social, recreational, and daily living support to individuals in need.
As our programs grow, so does our need for dedicated DSP-CNAs who are passionate about caregiving, inclusion, and making a difference. This role blends the responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)—giving caregivers the ability to provide both medical and personal support to individuals with disabilities.
